Choose Your Own Adventure at Legado’s Fall 2025 Town Hall!

Curious about how Legado builds its partnerships? Want a deep dive in a program’s impact – from the people who live it every day? Want to learn what makes Legado’s approach so unique? 

Whether you’re just learning about Legado’s 360° Community-Led Change approach or want to go deeper on impact or partnerships, this fall’s Town Hall will give everyone a chance to learn how Legado supports Indigenous and local communities to lead lasting change for their communities and landscapes.

This fall, we’re inviting anyone excited about Thriving Futures to join our Town Hall. Together, we’ll hear global updates from Legado’s team, then break out into separate discussions based on what you want to hear about.

​Breakout Options: 

• ​Get to Know Legado: New to Legado and curious what we do? Legado’s Senior Network Weaver Dr. Tita Alvira will introduce you to Legado’s Thriving Futures Process and how our approach leads to Indigenous- and local-led change for both communities and the places they call home. 

• ​Action Up Close: Peru: The Saniriato community in Peru is putting their Legacy Plan into action, focusing on water conservation, better access to education, sustainable agriculture, and stronger partnerships. Join Pamela, our Program Manager for Latin America, and members of the Futuros Vivos team to hear how they are tracking impact and how the community is advancing their own Thriving Future. The perfect session for anyone interested in what community-led change really looks like. 

• ​Our Partnership Journey: It’s the question that comes up every Town Hall: who do you choose to partner with—and why? For those who want a nuts-and-bolts look at Legado’s values-based growth strategy, Legado’s Executive VP Liz Corbishley will lead a session answering these questions and taking a closer look at our partnership journey. A great choice for funders and friends who want to know what’s next. 

​Each room will feature time for your questions. In addition, we’ll spend time as a larger group sharing global updates from the Legado team and getting a brief snapshot into the conversations happening across the Town Hall. 

The Town Hall is a live, online event where people from around the world join in the discussion. Attendees receive a Zoom link via email before the event. We can’t wait to see you there!
