Michelle Rosenberg has worked in fundraising for more than a decade, leading teams to reach and exceed their fundraising goals. As a consultant, she works with non-profit organizations across multiple sectors to support their fundraising efforts. Before joining Legado in 2023, she spent five years leading the institutional giving team at Health Equity International (HEI)/St. Boniface Hospital, southern Haiti's largest tertiary care center. At HEI, Michelle worked closely with hospital leadership to align fundraising goals with clinical and community priorities. Previously, Michelle worked on the foundation relations team at Facing History and Ourselves, an international organization dedicated to helping educators use the lessons of history to create a better future.
Michelle also spent two years with the Asian University for Women Support Foundation, collaborating with Bangladesh-based professors and university administrators to support a unique, culturally competent curriculum that centers women’s leadership.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Barnard College, Columbia University, and a Master of Public Policy from Brown University. She lives in Somerville, MA, with her husband and dog, and enjoys hiking, knitting, reading, and theater.
