Osman Siddiqi is Co-Founder of Acclimate, a climate-focused embedded innovation firm working at the intersection of climate adaptation, renewables, impact measurement, and ecosystem building across East Africa and South Asia. Based in Nairobi, he brings together ecologists, agronomists, technologists, and financiers to design and deploy climate solutions that center the communities most exposed to climate risk.

His 15-year career spans three interlocking disciplines: impact investing, the design and scaling of integrated technology, and data science and impact measurement. These threads run through roles as Chief Impact Officer at Arifu, where he grew a multi-country learning platform to two million users across 15 countries, Country Director at Innovations for Poverty Action managing $8 million research portfolios, and a senior role at Instiglio designing a $50 million outcomes fund. Earlier work at LeapFrog Investments and Abraaj Group grounded him in private capital and the discipline of measuring what actually changes for low-income populations. Osman's work often challenges conventional thinking and approaches in climate, investment, and impact measurement primarily to center affected people and ecosystems, leveraging global south expertise, and identifying impact-at-scale strategies with organizational leaders.

Osman serves on the boards of Legado Initiative and Manna Tech Ltd, an agribusiness in East Africa. He holds a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a BA in Economics and Finance from McGill University, and is a Climatebase Fellow and member of the Catalyst Now community.
