Sandra Cramolini is a former healthcare administrator with over 40 years of experience within multiple divisions of nonprofit hospital systems, where she managed clinical operations, quality initiatives, and program development. She is a national speaker and instructor for healthcare programs.
Sandra’s expertise is in developing programs for the underserved in safety-net hospital systems. As the Director of Burn Services, she developed and managed a burn center and outpatient clinic. She expanded programs within the community for prevention, education, and survivor aftercare. Before joining Community Regional Medical Center, she was the administrator of the Pediatric Critical Care division for Valley Children’s Healthcare.
Currently, Sandra is a healthcare consultant serving as an advisor for leadership development, program expansions, and organizational improvement. She is chairperson for the American Burn Association national committee, which is dedicated to survivor reintegration and aftercare programs. Sandra serves on multiple boards, including Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors and Fresno Council on Child Abuse Prevention.
